Working on Marrakech Fashion Week

March 2024, Marrakech,

I still clearly remember October 2022, I had the opportunity to participate in the first edition of Marrakech Fashion Week.

Today, March 13, 2024, I am writing to you wanting to convey my excitement at having been able to participate again in this fashion week. Working 14 hours a day, running, back and knee pain, fever but most importantly, HAPPINESS.

I can't stop highlighting the happiness, I have met wonderful people, models from all over the world who share a smile with you even when they are exhausted. That they value your work and they value you as a person.

Wonderful little people with whom you share many experiences for a few days where Chaos reigns wherever you go but where passion and love for what you do prevail.

At a professional level there is no major secret, the techniques do not change. You have to know that you must be able to do a look in 20 minutes and be prepared to run, but this doesn't only happen at fashion week.

I would like to be able to highlight the places where I have been able to work thanks to Marrakech Fashion Week during the two editions in which I have participated. I have been in the heart of palaces, such as the Palais El Badiî, Palais de la Bahia or the Palais des Congrès. Also the Majorelle Gardens and the Marrakech Golf among other places.

I was lucky to be able to share this experience with Lucia, a classmate who was my student and without a doubt has surpassed the teacher and of whom I am super proud.

I would like to end this entry with some images of work I did at Marrakech Fashion Week. It was 4 days of a lot of work and not every day I was able to take photographs of the looks I did, but I would like to leave you a small summary.
